Summary

This study tests whether a wearable patch that vibrates can improve endurance in recreational and competitive runners. Over 4 weeks, 75 participants will either wear an active patch or a placebo patch and have their VO2 max and lactate threshold measured. The goal is to see if the haptic technology can enhance running performance.
