Summary
This study compared two surgical approaches for carpal tunnel syndrome to see which provides better early recovery. Researchers followed 113 patients after either endoscopic (minimally invasive) or traditional open surgery. They measured pain levels, hand function, and return to work during the first two weeks after surgery.
