Summary
This study follows 8,000 adults who have precancerous or early cancerous growths in their digestive tract removed using a special endoscope. The goal is to see how often the removal is complete and safe, and to track any return of the growths over time. Researchers are collecting data on techniques, complications, and one-year survival to improve future care.
