Summary
This study is observing how well endoscopic vacuum therapy works for patients who develop leaks after stomach removal surgery for cancer. Researchers will track 100 patients to see how many survive, how quickly they recover, and how satisfied they are with the treatment. The goal is to understand if this vacuum therapy helps control these serious surgical complications.
