First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding enarodustat to the standard drug cyclosporine works better than cyclosporine alone for adults with a type of anemia that requires regular blood transfusions. The goal is to see if the combination can improve blood counts and reduce the need for transfusions. About 90 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
