Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ENA-001 in 36 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The drug is given as a single shot into a vein or muscle and aims to help with respiratory depression (dangerously slow or weak breathing). The main goal is to check for side effects and measure breathing patterns.
