First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests a new gene therapy called EN-374 for people with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease (X-CGD), a rare immune disorder that leads to severe infections. The treatment uses a modified virus to deliver a working gene to help the body produce infection-fighting cells. The trial enrolls 15 participants and focuses on safety and whether the therapy can restore normal neutrophil function.
