Summary
This study looks at whether a structured manual handling training program called 'EMS Back-Up' can help paramedics lift and move patients more safely. About 60 active-duty paramedics will take part, and researchers will measure their technique, knowledge, and physical effort. The goal is to reduce injuries and improve safety on the job.
