Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, emraclidine, in about 268 adults with schizophrenia. The goal is to see if it safely reduces symptoms like hallucinations and confused thinking. Participants take the drug or a placebo for up to 42 days and are monitored closely. The trial is currently recruiting at around 32 sites in the United States.
