Summary
This study tests a training program called EAT for health workers at primary care centers in Indonesia. The goal is to help them feel more confident and capable of using data to make decisions and improve services. About 200 workers will take part, and researchers will compare data quality and patient satisfaction between those who get the training and those who do not.
