Summary

This study tests a training program called EAT for health workers at primary care centers in Indonesia. The goal is to help them feel more in control, make better decisions, and use data to improve patient care. About 200 workers will take part, with half receiving the training and the other half continuing as usual. Researchers will compare data accuracy and worker confidence between the two groups.
