Summary
This study tested a program called Family Integrated Care for 60 mothers of premature babies in the NICU. The program teaches mothers to take an active role in their baby's care, like feeding, skin-to-skin contact, and diaper changes, instead of just watching. The goal was to lower parental stress and strengthen the bond between mother and baby.
