Summary
This study explores whether a 6-week training program focused on empathy and self-compassion can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers. Participants will complete mindfulness, writing, and poetry exercises designed to build emotional skills. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, empathy, and compassion through questionnaires before and after the training.
