Empathy class for nurses aims to improve labor care

Summary
This study tests whether a short empathy training program helps maternity nurses communicate more compassionately with women in labor. About 45 nurses will attend three training sessions, and both nurses and the women they care for will fill out questionnaires to measure changes in empathy and satisfaction. The goal is to see if training can improve the patient experience during childbirth.
