Summary

This study looked at how adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and bipolar disorder (BD) experience and show emotions. Researchers measured things like heart rate, pupil size, and facial expressions in a lab, and also tracked emotions in daily life for a week. The goal was to find what emotional patterns are unique to each condition and what they share. 90 adults aged 18-50 took part.
