First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tested whether Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a simple tapping therapy, could help postmenopausal women feel less pain and anxiety before a probe curettage procedure. 132 women participated, and researchers measured their pain, anxiety, and vital signs. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could make the experience more comfortable.
