Summary
This study tests an 8-session psychoeducational program called 'Key to Emotional Balance' for adults with bipolar disorder. The program uses positive psychotherapy techniques to help participants better regulate their emotions, support recovery, and find more meaning in life. Researchers will compare 37 people who receive the program with 37 who do not, measuring changes in emotion regulation, recovery, and life purpose.
