Summary

This study aims to create a national registry tracking patients who come to emergency departments with opioid poisoning across Canada. Researchers will collect data from 7,200 patients to understand current treatments and identify which approaches work best to prevent deaths and connect people to ongoing care. The goal is to develop better guidelines for emergency doctors to help patients during these critical visits.
