First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug emapalumab can prevent severe cytokine release syndrome (CRS), a common and serious side effect of CAR-T cell therapy, in adults with certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that have come back or not responded to treatment. About 28 participants will receive emapalumab alongside standard CAR-T therapy and be monitored for side effects and cancer response for up to 24 months. The goal is to make CAR-T therapy safer without reducing its effectiveness.
