Summary
This study tests whether the drug elranatamab, given after CAR T-cell therapy (idecabtagene vicleucel), can lower the chance of multiple myeloma worsening. About 32 adults with relapsed or treatment-resistant myeloma will take part. The goal is to see if this combination helps more patients achieve complete remission and live longer without the disease progressing.
