First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding elotuzumab to standard lenalidomide maintenance therapy can help keep multiple myeloma from returning after a stem cell transplant. About 113 adults who had a transplant using their own stem cells will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if the combo extends the time before the cancer comes back.
