First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-stage study looks at how the drug eloralintide is absorbed and tolerated in people with mild, moderate, or severe liver damage compared to those with healthy livers. About 36 participants will receive a single injection and stay at a clinic for 5 nights. The goal is to understand how liver function affects the drug's behavior in the body, not to treat liver disease.
