First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study will compare two types of exercise—elliptical training and Swiss ball aerobics—to see which one better helps people recover after heart bypass surgery. Thirty-two adults aged 40 to 60 who had surgery 2 to 6 weeks ago will exercise three times a week for 6 to 8 weeks. Researchers will measure walking ability, heart rate, shortness of breath, and quality of life to find the best rehabilitation approach.
