Summary
This study follows 189 adults hospitalized with severe ulcerative colitis to collect detailed information on their symptoms, test results, and treatments. The goal is to better understand which patients need stronger medications or surgery, and to improve future care. Participants are not given any new treatments—only standard care is tracked.
