Needles vs. nausea: can ancient practice tame modern Chemo's worst symptoms?

Summary
This study is testing if adding electroacupuncture to standard anti-nausea medication helps breast cancer patients better manage a cluster of distressing gastrointestinal symptoms caused by chemotherapy. Nearly 400 participants will receive either real or sham (fake) acupuncture alongside their usual care to see if it reduces nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, and dry mouth in the days following treatment. The goal is to provide stronger evidence on whether this complementary therapy can improve patients' comfort and quality of life during a difficult treatment.
