Summary
This study surveys 6,000 staff in Swedish nursing homes and home care to find out how often older adults experience abuse—such as neglect, physical or verbal mistreatment. Researchers will ask staff about abuse they have seen or done themselves. The goal is to understand the problem and later create ways to prevent it.
