Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ELA026 for people with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH), a rare and life-threatening condition where the immune system becomes dangerously overactive. The drug aims to calm this overreaction by targeting certain immune cells. The trial will enroll about 156 participants aged 6 and older to check if the drug is safe and helps improve survival.
