Summary

This study tests if eating 3 extra eggs each day for 4 weeks can improve metabolism and choline levels in people with obesity. Researchers will measure liver health, body fat, and blood markers. 20 adults aged 30-65 with a BMI over 30 are needed. This is an early-phase study to gather information, not a treatment.
