Summary
This study tested whether a home-based, dietitian-guided egg ladder is safe and practical for infants newly diagnosed with egg allergy. 109 infants followed a step-by-step plan to gradually introduce egg in increasing forms, from baked to raw. The goal was to see if this approach helps infants safely tolerate egg over 12 months.
