Summary

This study tested whether a compound from green tea, EGCG, could improve thinking and learning in children with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Thirty-six children aged 7 to 14 took EGCG daily for one year. Researchers measured changes in cognitive skills and stress markers at the start, 6 months, and 12 months.
