Summary
This study looked at whether Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a type of tapping therapy, can help people who have had melanoma feel less anxious, depressed, and worried about their cancer coming back. 56 people who were in remission from melanoma took part. The study compared group and individual EFT sessions to see if they improved emotional well-being.
