Summary
This study tests a new injectable drug, efsubaglutide alfa, to see if it helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight safely. About 200 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive either the drug or a placebo for 22 weeks. The main goal is to measure how much weight they lose compared to those on placebo.
