New drug study aims to understand how fatty liver affects medication

Summary

This study looks at how a single dose of the experimental drug efimosfermin alfa behaves in the body and how safe it is for people with different levels of liver damage caused by fatty liver disease. About 32 adults aged 18 to 70 with liver cirrhosis will take part. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and monitor any side effects.
