First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a drug called efgartigimod can help elderly patients (65 and older) with generalized myasthenia gravis lower their steroid doses. Steroids often cause serious side effects in older adults. The study will track 50 patients for 12 months to see if efgartigimod improves muscle strength, quality of life, and reduces steroid-related health problems.
