Summary
This study looked at whether a structured exercise rehabilitation program could improve the quality of life and desire to be active in overweight or obese children and teens. 47 participants who had trouble exercising due to their weight took part in the program. The researchers measured changes in quality of life and physical activity levels to see if the program helped.
