Summary

This study tests a drug called finerenone in 100 adults who received a kidney transplant 1 to 10 years ago. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, well-tolerated, and helps protect the transplanted kidney from damage. Participants will be randomly assigned to take finerenone or a placebo, and some will also have a kidney biopsy or special MRI to check how the kidney is doing.
