Summary
This study tested the long-term safety and effectiveness of efavaleukin alfa, an injected drug, in 25 adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Participants had already completed a year-long parent study and continued treatment for up to 2 more years. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
