First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether a shorter, 6-session exercise and education program could help people with gluteal tendinopathy, a common cause of hip pain in women over 40. 65 adults aged 35-70 with chronic hip pain took part. The goal was to see if a larger trial is possible, not to prove the treatment works yet.
