Summary
This study tested whether five educational sessions could reduce intense fear of childbirth (tokophobia) and improve quality of life in 50 pregnant women. Participants learned about tokophobia, coping strategies, and lifestyle changes. Results showed improvements in fear levels, coping skills, and well-being after the sessions.
