First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at whether teaching people with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease about their condition helps them follow their treatment plan, take care of themselves, and feel better. A total of 119 patients took part. Researchers measured changes in how well patients adapted to their illness, managed their own care, and rated their well-being. The goal was to see if simple education can improve daily life for people with kidney disease.
