New clip technique shows promise for closing stomach wounds after tumor surgery

Summary
This study looked at 43 patients who had stomach tumors removed using a scope. Doctors used special clips (EDLS-clips) to close the wound in two layers. The goal was to see how often the wound closed completely and how long the surgery took. The study was done in China and is now complete.
