New cocktail of drugs shows promise against tough gut cancers

Summary

This study tests whether combining new drugs with or without standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer. About 332 participants will receive different treatment combinations to see if they shrink tumors and improve survival. The goal is to find safer and more effective ways to control these hard-to-treat cancers.
