Double-Duty pill combo aims to help men when ED drugs fail

Summary

This study is testing if taking a low daily dose of tadalafil (Cialis) along with an on-demand dose of sildenafil (Viagra) works better for men with erectile dysfunction who don't get good results from either pill alone. Researchers will compare this combination to taking just the on-demand sildenafil with a daily placebo. About 500 men will take the assigned treatment for 12 weeks while their symptoms and any side effects are tracked.
