New PET scans may unmask hidden tumors in rare hormone disorder

Summary
This study tests whether newer PET scans (68Ga-DOTATATE and F-DOPA) can better locate the hidden tumors that cause ectopic Cushing syndrome, a rare condition where the body makes too much cortisol. About 80 adults aged 18-90 with this condition will receive these scans along with standard CT/MRI. The goal is to find which imaging method or combination is most accurate at spotting the tumor, helping guide treatment.
