Summary
This study compared two types of eye drops for people with dry eye disease. 64 adults with mild to moderate dry eye used either ectoin drops (BAT04) or hyaluronic acid drops six times a day for 28 days. The main goal was to see how well each treatment improved tear film stability and comfort.
