New T-Cell therapy targets tough liver cancers

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called ECT204 for adults with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to at least two prior therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to attack cancer cells. The goal is to check safety and find the best dose, with early signs of effectiveness also being measured.
