New implant aims to stop sudden bladder leaks

Summary
This study is testing a small device called eCoin that is implanted under the skin to stimulate a nerve in the leg. The goal is to help people who have sudden, strong urges to urinate and leak urine. About 200 adults with this condition will be followed for up to 2 years to see if the device safely reduces leaks by at least half.
