Summary
This study tests a 6-week group program that teaches emotion regulation skills to help Mexican adults manage eco-anxiety and eating-related eco-concerns. About 80 adults aged 18-59 will participate, with researchers comparing the program group to a control group. The goal is to see if the program reduces anxiety and improves coping, with follow-up at 4 months.
