Summary
This study tested a one-stop online psychological service (eClinic) for 420 young people aged 15-35 in Hong Kong with moderate to severe anxiety or depression. The service combines therapist support with self-guided online modules. The goal was to see if this hybrid telepsychology approach is effective and cost-efficient in improving symptoms.
