First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding chemotherapy to an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) can better control advanced nasopharyngeal cancer in patients who still have signs of the virus (EBV DNA) after standard treatment. About 516 adults aged 18-65 with stage II-III disease will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug alone or the drug plus chemo. The goal is to see which approach keeps cancer from returning or spreading longer.
