Study tests best timing and methods to fix Kids' overbites
NCT ID NCT07404696
Summary
This study aims to find the most effective and cost-friendly way to treat children with prominent front teeth (overjet). Researchers will compare three early treatment options—headgear, twin blocks, and clear aligners—against waiting and using traditional braces later. The trial involves 144 children aged 9-13 and will measure how well each method reduces the overbite, its impact on the child's life, and the overall costs.
